Hello, I wish I had read this before playing wtih Aztecasino.com, but anyway this is what happen to me:

I deposited at Aztecasino.com a few times but never won a cash out, so I claimed a $15 free chip and requested a $100 cash out (the max with this bonus) on Jan. 21, 2011. The casino put the money back in my acct. because they said they had not received documents, so I sent them again and they were received and I request a withdrawal again on Jan. 26, 2011. Live help kept assuring me I would get my withdrawal, and a few days later Ben sent me an email requesting 2 utility bills showing my address, so I sent and still nothing. I emailed Ben and Finance several times with no response received from either, then I went back to live help and now they wont respond and all the phone numbers on their site are bogus. Out of frustration I uninstalled the casino and now they have it so I cannot download the casino anymore. Can anyone help, Please ?
