Received a letter about a week and a half ago from PlayersRewardCard. They are affiliated with 20 online casinos that use the RTG system. Come to find out I had signed up for this card several years ago and had accumulated $380.USD in bonus money. PRC put $100 on it with a use or lose time frame of March 15th, 2018. I was finally able to use that $100 at Raging Bull. I have had nothing but trouble trying to access these funds due to some glitch in the system. I have called and emailed EVERYONE I was told to contact. Nobody was able to help me! Of course, I have documentation on all the entities I contacted and do not have a dispute. After all, it was free money to me. HAS ANYONE ELSE USED A PLAYERSREWARDCARD? Please let me know what your experience with is has been! Thank you very much and have the rest of a great day!
