I have been waiting almost 5 months for a 300.00 withdraw. I took them up on a 5 dollar free and met playthru and requested a withdraw. The money processor, which THEY suggested to me, does apparently not pay in American dollars and they have been searching for a new one. I was told they would contact me when it was completed. I have sent in all documents, several times actually because of their excuses of clarity and completion, and have not heard anything. They actually made me send in again at one point because the logo on their wd form was not clear enough. I have emailed and faxed them all they need, but I get nothing but avoidance and excuses! I would advise anyone to steer clear of them because I am not the only one that has been waiting for their "prompt" withdraw claim.
