I know that the cash back is $50 but would like to know who to ask to see if I may get a one time wavier for my $40.93 cashbacks balance. I received an email from admin telling me that if I didn't make a withdrawal, that my acct would be reset to zero. Slotland and WINAday were my only cashbacks claims and that now IAM banned from any cashbacks raffLes and auctions. They told me to ask them too cancel my acct and make a new one thru gambling city, but if I do that I will lose my Vip status which took a lot of money for me to get there. So any thoughts on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Hi Matthew, I had to get my accounts at those two casinos changed to Gambling City and it was simple and did not affect my VIP status or anything else. You can send an email to admin@gamblingcity.com explain your situation and give them the information about your login names at both casinos. They can probably get your accounts switched to Gambling City painlessly. No promises, but worth a try! Good Luck Katt LOL, Sky from Admin was answering you at the same time I was. Thank you Sky and Kattboots, i apologize for my late thank you but i had some medical problems and was in the hospital, doing better now and definitely taking better care of my self. Sky i will email you today and Kattboots i had asked and was told i would lose my vip status. Thank you very much both of you for taking the time to reply to my post.
