Most online casinos are usually displaying one or more sexy women on their home page or live games. Means that the casino is looking to attract more male customers or what's the marketing behind this? If so, why? Is there a concept that a man is more richer than a woman, or it has been proven that males are more gambling inclined? Not that would help anyone with anything or that it has any real importance, but I would be curious to find out what is the % of males and females if someone can help? It's around 70 - 30 for Men on Rodeo. That's what I can tell you from our perspective. But consider that we do not offer Bingo which is like 80 - 20 women.
So for a casino that is offering all gaming verticals it is closer to something like 75-25 for Men.
When you see a picture of a hot women you are more inclined to spend more money if you are a man. If you are a woman there is no influence if you put a hot man on the cover LOL.
I think women like more the fuzzy colorfull design than anything else.

Personally I would be more attracted to see stacks of money, golden watches and jewels instead of some handsome ladies. And I think those things attract ladies as well. - But thanks to you, clearly I can now better understand why things are going the way they are.

It is actually proven that a picture of money makes people greedy and risk avers. So any casino would actually be wise to restrain from showing any pictures of money.

And another question comes now to my mind: - Are males the ones that spends more money while gambling or not?
I understand that as a collective the casinos are earning more from males, but if the percentages would be equal between male and female players, who would be spending more for gambling? (I would be very surprised to learn that actually males are the ones that spend more!)

Personally when I see a casino pandering to men by using hot girls it's a real turn off! I prefer to see promotions, new games, interesting features.. Reverting to T&A is just a little too 1970's for me  Cheers, Sky

Casinos often forget why the customer is on their website and try to fool him into depositing rather than just be honest and work hard to give out as good promotions as possible. I agree with your hypothesis that the primary audience for the casino is for man. the two main components of playing casino games is Math Analys and risk. both of them are characteristic for men

I feel like I have a "ball-park" idea of how much the highest gamblers on the GC portal wager (at least those that take part in the CB-scheme anyway). I believe their all male. However if I were to take a stab/guess at who the highest wagerer that I "personally" am connected with, I think that honour would probably go to my own employer (boss) from work, who is a woman.......She plays Bingo and slots for stakes that would make your jaw drop  I personally think I prefer looking at hot woman while gambling (assuming everything else is the same).
