Anyone else noticed he lack of freebies these days at online casinos..even if you deposit a lot in a casino no freebies..or no UK freebies
Also less and less UK clients being able to join online casinos
Also pretty poor curmstomer service and difficulty navigating apps
Enough for now..

Hi alasdair, I think maybe with the new licensing laws in the UK has cut off many of the old casinos that no longer allow UK players. Less competition is the result and with less competition the big freebies to attract players tend to disappear.
I am in the US and don't know for sure about UK casinos, but that is kind of what happened with the law changing in the US. Not sure why customer service is getting worse, but that seems to be the case online and IRL.
The problem with navigating the apps may come from there being so many more games and technology all round.
Don't get me wrong, there are some very fine casinos out there that don't seem to have all these problems. You just have to look hard, read a lot of reviews, see what other players have to say and read all terms before jumping in.
