I have spent a lot of time in various cities in Italy, Germany, and France. I have also been to Prague and Budapest several times.
I am looking for a different European city to visit for a week. Hopefully, it will have an "Old Town" section, a market place, and perhaps a casino or two.
Can you give me any suggestions?

We've visited Amsterdam twice. We mostly stuck to the city center where there are a lot of jazz and blues clubs.
We found the canals very beautiful, the architecture charming, the flower mart delightful and the people very helpful!
Not so sure I can say great things about the food, but if you stick to the Japanese noodle houses you can't go wrong :D
There is one major casino in the city, "Holland Casino at Amsterdam" but also there are other places called 'Slot Casinos' - I'd highly recommend avoiding those.

Sky Why? Do you suspect them of being dishonest? (I was happy with Slot Casinos in Germany.)
