Do all casino with the same software payout the same?

Hi Aemon,
Glad you asked as this is quite an important question for many players. And, I will tell you my detailed findings which you can trust:
Playtech, Netent, Rival and PlayNGo are displaying their games payout percentage and this seems to not be adjustable at the casino operator's end. On the other hand, RTG and DGS are not publising their games payouts and I know for sure that those are configurable at the operator's end, that's no secret.
Microgaming and Betsoft seems to be configurable at the operator's end, but some of these casinos are publicizing their games payback.
Well, if you ask me how much you can rely on those %s, I'd say not too much. A few times (for major providers like Netent or IGT) I've found blackjack games which by the rules had a different % than the one listed on the help file. If that was mistaken how can I trust a slot %?
