I won $150 on a free chip from Tropicana Casino and I've been trying to get it since 5/20. It was approved , I sent in everything needed including bank account info. I have yet to receive it. Can someone help please. I have all communication emails for proof.

TYVM buggars Hi buggars, sorry to hear you are going through this. It can get awful frustrating.  At Gambling City under the Community tab you can find a section called Gambling Grumbles where you can go to see if there is anything to be done in your situation. You can submit your problem there. Gambling Grumbles is a good place to go and check a casino out before you start playing there. You will see if they have a history of treating player's unfairly, not paying winners, etc. Good luck working this out. katt
