I noticed new casinos have CB offers that are closer to or are 20%. Is this because there are fewer GC members playing there?

That's correct James.
Also newly listed casinos often offer a generous commission for the first couple of months and we pass that on to players.

Thanks for the confirmation Graeme :) Giving extra commission for the first couple months sounds like an SUB, except that its for affiliates! I guess the expectation is that because of this, these casinos will get some prime real estate locations on the GC website for a little while
