Betpheoniux casino is great! Every time i have made a deposit i have had a HUGE! bonus added.Also they send emails every week with great promos. If the bonus codes are used in a certain order they giuve you free chips. I Made a deposit (not my firt one) of 20USD and i had 75USD to play with. Then i got an email saying that cos i hadn't won anything they had given me a fully cashable bonus. So i logged in thinking it would be about 10USD n it was a massive 100!!!! Yep Betphoenix is pretty cool! Free-chips up to $275 (find the exclusive free-chips) and lots of freerolls. Also lots of tournaments with small buy-ins.
I haven't made my first deposit here yet because I usually don't deposit at RTG casino's because they always give me hard time cashing out my winnings, or they don't pay at all.. How is that with Betphoenix? Can anyone tell me? Good or bad experiences, please

I've made my first deposit at Betphoenix casino because I've won some money in a freeroll tournament and I wanted to withdraw that to my Neteller account, so I made a deposit before I made a withdraw. After a few minutes I received an e-mail about the "required documents" I had to send to them. I couldn't get the fax-back form from the site, so I sent them an e-mail about where I can get that form and to what e-mail address I had to send my documents.. After a few days still no respond from Betphoenix, so I send my e-mail again.. That was a few days ago and still nothing back from Betphoenix.
Like most of the other RTG casino's they just ignore you when you try to withdraw your winnings, I'll never deposit here or at any other RTG casino again!

Bet Phoenix Casino does have a toll free number, 1-888-828-9484 , that you can call for answers.
They also have a Live Chat and you can talk to someone there about your questions.
I've never had any problems cashing out with RTG's once they had my documentation.
