Please say at which Bingo sites you'd like to play. I'll see what can be done or give you the reason for the exclusion.
Gambling City excludes 21 Bingo sites.
There are various reasons
1) The Casino refuses to allow Gambling City to include it.
For example Revenue Giants (4 Brands) says it's policy document forbids such a relationship between Gambling City and its members
2) The Casino refuses to confirm the details of the claim. Some simply ignore us.
3) Some Casinos, such as Bet365 Bingo, say they can't disclose player information. Actually they are not asked to disclose anything. Gambling City provides them with details of the claim and simply asks for confirmation. In the Cash Back Terms the player expressly agrees for Gambling City to obtain this confirmation.
4) Unfortunately some Casinos are excluded for practices which Gambling City regards as dishonest.
In some cases Gambling City stops short of excluding a casino but simply reduces the maximum Cash Back percentage allowed to players in order to reduce its risk, especially where the Casino does not respond to requests for confirmation and Gambling City must take a view. Some Casinos offer a commission to Gambling City that is so low that a reduction in the maximum percentage is also necessary.
We always re-evaluate exclusions if members ask for a Casino to be included.

Hi Stormei Cyber Bingo is available on the Cash Back deal. Unfortunately, Revenue Giants, the group that owns Vic's Bingo and New Bingo Billy have refused to allow Gambling City to include their casinos in the scheme. They say it would violate their terms: "Affiliate will not receive referral fees for any purchase made directly or indirectly by him/herself or by any person who is directly or indirectly related to the affiliate in a personal or professional capacity" I don't think they understand that we are giving away a share of our commission rather than the other ay around. Anyway, I'm really sorry.
