Hi friends, I am now going to relate you what was my experience with Rembrandt Casino. At the end, drawn and post your own thoughts.
First hand, their support provided me one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an online casino:
- it took me 4 tries in 3 different days at 3 different hours to get in touch with someone on the live chat support, one time when it connected they system "an agent will be with you shortly" .. I waited more than two hours but thaw wasn't shortly enough so I left
- last time I have managed to speak with a live chat agent. He confirmed there is no way to cashout money without divulging bank details, no matter what deposit method you use. And said that only VIP players have the right to choose to receive withdrawals via web wallet, but also only after divulging bank details. - Well, nothing about VIP players is stated in the casino terms.
- he said that my account has been validated 2 days after I have sent my documents. - When I have asked why I have not received any update about that fact, he said that an email was sent to me and that "sometimes the www acts weird"!?
- when I have asked about Live Chat support working hours, he said it is open 8 hours a day. - When I have pointed out that I want to know precisely between which hours it is the Live Chat functioning, he said that the program hours varies and so he cannot provide me with an actual guide for this purpose
My conclusion, if you want to avoid being disappointed, you should not consider playing at Rembrandt and Sieger casinos. - Any thoughts?

Any thoughts.... YEP, but no good ones.
I signed up at Rembrandt through Gambling City because they had a exclusive welcome offer (€5 No Deposit Required). I also couldn't get through to "Live Chat", tried more that once and got tired trying so i stopped trying.
About the free €5, them i never got. After checking every day for more than a week, logging in to see if they have put the €5 into my account and nothing, then i thought, Well what a waste of time.
Never checked again, and i have stopped reading their emails with their "fantastic offers".
So my conclusion is the same as yours, can't talk about Sieger but Rembrandt is a waste of time, if you ask me
