Honestly, I am not sure why they treat their players that way.
I am not the only one, but have now experienced it for myself. Put in for a withdrawal 5 weeks ago, they payout on Mondays.
First Monday - declined. submitted withdrawal on the wrong day
next Monday - declined. Wanted Neteller number - sent it
next Monday - declined. Needed verification documents (mind you have previously sent) so sent again
next Monday - declined. This was a once a year management verification. Told I would be paid next monday.
(mind you I actually responded and sent information 5 mins after receiving declined emails and still made me wait until the following Monday payout day)
next Monday - No declined email.... Went to log in and account disabled. Told on message to contact live help. Did so, they cant help me and told to email security ...
Yep, still waiting. I used to work for an online gaming company, so I know that all this is noted in players accounts etc, so not sure what their problem is but not doing themselves any favours.
So that has been 5 weeks of frustration and anger. Guess thats what happens when you have been with a site for 15 plus years !!

You should not stick with a company that pays you only on Mondays. Why would you do that? What I can recommend you is to search through Gambling City Bingo Sites list. If you do not already have a Vista Gaming account, I would personally recommend you Cyber Bingo for their excellent bonuses offered (but be warned there is also a $30 payout fee). And also I would recommend you Boyle Bingo for your regular play as they will pay next day no matter if it is weekend or not. (OK, the terms says up to 3 days, but I always been paid next day.) Also you sound like you have a case for Gambling Grumbles with you iBingo payout experience. Read how to submit a complaint, and Steve might be able to use his powers and make the casino pay your money. Also I advise you to throw a closer look at all the reports that are listed there and stay away from those casinos where you see they have been awarded at least one Skull & Crossbones report. Maybe you have worked with a fair company but you should now there is a jungle out there and one needs to do his own research before choosing where to play at (and even so there are risks that things may change).
