Well this free software does not help a player with anything in regards to card counting so those are two different things probably. Anyway what is the name of that book? I'd like to take a free sneak a peak at what is covered in that $2,500 book only because the price is out of this world.
At best that $2,500 a/some new card counting system(s) likely harder to master compared to the ones already known and probably not better in terms of profit per time invested with a given bankroll. I can bet $5,000 that no book can beat the following book pack and contain anything new (because those books cover absolutely everything you'll need and can imagine) in relation to all known blackjack card counting systems:
Bootlegger's 200 Proof Blackjack: A Survival Guide for Playing the Tables by Mike Turner ($21 on Amazon paperback or Kindle version)
Blackbelt in Blackjack: Playing 21 as a Martial Art by Arnold Snyder ($17 paperback or $9 Kindle version on Amazon)
Professional Blackjack by Stanford Wong ($17 paperback or $11 Kindle version on Amazon)
Blackjack Attack: Playing the Pros' Way by Don Schlesinger (also found on Amazon as paperback $30, hardcover $70, no Kindle version)
Blackjack Secrets by Stanford Wong (paperback $15 on Amazon, no Kindle version) - someone is selling it for $700 - maybe is that CM guy?
And if someone is curious to learn some more quick tips about blackjack card counting, you can read the basics of the most recommended card counting system (HI-LO) in terms of "easy to learn/efficiency" in the following link (basically that is all the average counter needs to know):
