Ok to start things off this post is more of a warning to players who play or are thinking of playing at Apollo Slots
I have done at least three deposits at this new casino and constantly recieve spam from them offering me no deposit Freespins and freechips , I played the spins a few back and on freedom day ( a South African holiday ) on Wednesday they emailed me telling me I have a freedom day R220 bonus to activate in my account I logged on and indeed it was there , I activated it and successfully met the wagering requirments , I was pleased and requested a withdrawal of R500 , support emailed me and told me the funds have been confiscated as no deposit was made inbetween the Freespins I played weeks earlier and the current ND I just used , I'm familiar with RTG having these terms and conditions in place, but my problem is this !
Often if I have not made a deposit inbetween the no deposit offers then the current no deposit offer cannot be claimed and is disabled until I make a qualifying deposit in order to unlock the privilege of using a no deposit bonus , this was not the case and I am a very active player with many casinos so if i am able to request a bonus and it's not restricted or disabled then I assume that I have made a deposit prior to taking the bonus, I am By no means a bonus abuser I have deposited at this casino and played max 3 no deposit promotions of which were offers that were emailed by the casino to me urging me to play , another shady and rouge tactic of this casino is just that , if a player does not qualify for a promotion then don't spam the players inbox trying to intice them with offers that in the event of the offer favoring the player the casino has no intention of fulfilling.

It would be a great bonus if this issue could be resolved but I doubt it will based on how rude the support was and the general reputation of RTG casinos but if this post even helps one player not experience the frustration and anger that I have experienced then the loss of deposits and confiscation of winnings are worth it Boo hoo!

If it was stated in their terms and conditions that you are not allowed to play with consecutive no deposit bonuses, then is nothing much that you can do. Beware, the same policy is in place at all casinos from the Casino Rewards Group too!

The fact that they send no deposit offers to players who are not eligible at the moment does not make them rogues. Not even spammers as long as you subscribed to their emails. But once you unsubscribed, and you still receive promotional emails, that makes them spammers (this is what I endure at Casino Rewards group, although they are good payers if you stick to the terms... but again, beware that their bonuses are TRICKY).

This may be just my own personal view (it certainly is not shared by most casinos) but, other than the guy who opens multiple accounts, I don't think there is such a thing as a bonus abuser.

If a casino offers one, ten, or one hundred bonuses it has no right to complain when players accept the offers.

I certainly never heard of a store which objects if a customer only buys there when things are on sale -- even if the store hopes they will buy other items on full price.

What is the definition of a "bonus abuser"? That depends on what the casino decides on a particular day. I have seen casinos use this term to describe someone who only plays when there is a bonus, when someone meets the wagering requirements and then cashes out without continuing to play, when someone makes bets which the casino considers too large and when someone else makes bets which the casino considers as being too small.

Of course, casinos could eliminate all of these things. It would not take a programming genius to have the software refuse any bets when a bonus is in play which are either too large or too small for that casino's tastes. Casinos could also automatically refuse to give a bonus to someone, like yourself, who has not made what they consider sufficient deposits.

Why don't they do this? The answer is obvious to me: Most bonuses make money for the casino. We play there and generally lose both our deposits and the bonus money. There is nothing wrong with that -- we all know that casinos are in business to make money and the odds are set against the players. However, too many casinos use the excuse of "bonus abuser" to avoid paying out when someone does win.

Casinos claim to hate "bonus abusers" but in reality they love them. When you accept a bonus and fail to meet even one condition set out in its very long T&Cs, it knows in advance that you can lose but you can't win -- if you do win it will simply scream "bonus abuser" and refuse to pay.

The one term that casinos like even more than "bonus abuser' is "irregular play". That means absolutely nothing -- it is defined nowhere in any casino's T&Cs other than to say it is any playing pattern which the casino deems "irregular". Of course, the most irregular thing that a player can do is to beat the odds and win.

This kind of short-sighted behavior by casinos could well wind up with on line gambling disappearing. Players are willing to take risks but nobody wants to play if he is not certain that if he does win he will be paid. In fact, not only paid but paid quickly and without having to prove where he got the money to play, that his driver's license is not expired, and that he really and truly does live where he said and not two houses away.

Thx Steve & Constintine for your views and insights , I know I can't really be too upset about the loss due to thier T&Cs stating only one no deposit can be claimed between deposits , but why I do think they are practicing Rouge tactics is by making the bonus available to non qualifying players, it should be disabled and blocked to claim like more reputable casinos practice by not making it accessible to the player until he makes a deposit , thus would also help the player in remembering his last actions in the casino, I play at many casinos almost daily and forget details of some of them especially regarding my deposits and bonus claims from each, I'm just naive I guess in thinking that if the bonus is available in my lobby I qualify for it? Brick wall

RTG casinos generally are shady with thier bonus and no deposit offers and the terms tied in with them ,
The lesson learnt here for me from this experience is basically to only play at casinos trusted by the online community and ones I frequent most , trust and have a personal relationship with ,
And most importantly ! Not to play at RTG casinos in general Speak to the hand

So an update on my experience on the dreadful Apollo Slots is this
I contacted the affiliate I Regestred through and told them my story they in return contacted Apollo slots and I was told that they would contact me which they did not, the affiliate I agreed with me that thier actions were wrong, I have since done some research on the casino and discovered that it's owned by the same company that owns Silver Sands casino and Jackpot Cash casino anyone in the know will know how terrible this group is and how many complaints are against them on just about every casino website on the web so I'm no longer suprised by this and would recommend that anyone thinking of playing here should first read up on them on the net and rather consider playing at casinos that actually pay thier players and operate ethically

Cnichas, the last part of your above statement stands true for every player looking for a new casino to play at:

BEFORE jumping to register at a new casino (no matter where you've found it, promoted here on Gambling City or anywhere else) do your research by following these steps:

1) Check Gambling Grumbles archive and see if it has any reports and how well it handled those reports
2) Check Gambling City's Blacklist and see if its there, and if yes, that should be a no go for you
3) Check Gambling City's Warning To Players list and see if your casino is listed there and why it is
4) Check the internet about that casino, Google it, as it may reveal useful info from various sources
5) Read the terms VERY careful and if you find something which you don't agree or like, DO NOT REGISTER
