Hi Jeanne here! In March of this year I played at Planet 7 casino with a 290% no rules bonus. I won $300 - the bonus itself left me with $165 win...I sent all the required info P7 needed for me to cash out...I sent them in the wrong format! I had to resubmit in the correct format...I documented E V E R Y T H I N G! I guess I was too bothersome to them. I have a screen shot of my last chat because the email to me the chat button was not there! I was told that I could not play at P7 anymore! Cashier wont let me deposit! So....I have not been paid my measly $165 yet but expect it within 10 days. P7 gives me 7 free spins daily and I am allowed to play the winnings from that but can not deposit! I have been 86'd after my first win in YEARS! Thanks for listening to me rant and rave ladies/gentlemen as I am now feeling ever so much better!

ok....its Jeanne Again....still havent been paid yet....I received the TransForex reloadable m/c from hong kong...had to go the post office and sign for it! Had a heck of time trying to register it but finally did it...emailed p7support to let them know its ready for them to slap my $165 winnings on it.....got an email back from them something about another 9-10 more days.....well....well......its been its come and gone and still no winnings for me yet.....oh! I can no longer get my 7 daily free spins anymore.....HMMMM.....will P7 cause me to submit a GAMBLING GRUMBLES REPORT? I would rather they just paid me....however...I HAVE EVERYTHING that was sent to me...screen shots and live chat reports...I will file a grumbles report if I absolutely have to....STAY TUNED FOR MY P7 PAYMENTS UPDATES!
