I would too LOVE to find out that I will have lots of followers watching and reading my experiences here, and you being one of them!

From my past experiences with dozens (maybe hundreds) of casinos I can tell you that upon solicitation most (not all! but over 95%) will proceed to verify your documents upon solicitation, before a withdrawal request is placed.
How I did (and will continue to do) is: 1) place a small deposit, 2) send documents [ID Card / Passport + Driver License + Bank Statement (not online statement!) showing my full name and home address and bank logo in colour + screenshot of deposit method (Skrill / Neteller / PayPall / EcoPayz / BTC + proof of how I funded these) showing my deposit to the casino (or front & back scans of Paysafe / Visa / Master card which I used to deposit at the casino, if that was the case)] scanned at 300 DPI resolution, 3) ask for email confirmation on the receipt, approval and full verification of my documents coming from casino's Security Department + written confirmation that I will not be required to send any other further proof of identity as long as I'll not change my deposit method or home address. 4) Play and withdraw.
Note that most casinos are OK with all this and will never disturb a player again with new requests, however some (less than 5%) claim that they need to be provided with a recent Utility Bill / Bank Statement issued in the last 60 days before they will process withdrawals -- so if you place a withdrawal request 3 months later after you have initially fully verified your account, they will let you wait a bit of time (days) then email you that they are waiting a recent Utility Bill / Bank Statement before processing your withdrawal, so it will pass a few more days until they will verify your recent Utility Bill / Bank Statement and only after that process your withdrawal, so expect about a further week delay at those casinos to cash out your winnings if all goes well -- personally I do not like such casinos!
A few examples which do fit in this category are
Bet Online and
Diamond World Casino.
And some other casinos, simply will refuse to verify your documents until they don't specifically request you to send them such documents. Examples which fall in this category are casinos from the
Rewards Affiliates Group and from
Fortune Affiliates Group, as far as I know.
Note that some casinos do ask for phone verification as well, so be sure to always update your phone number before placing a withdrawal request! [I've heard cases where everything was fine except the phone number was outdated and for that sole reason the casino (a big and well known brand) had the "right" to confiscate player's full balance -- it will always be stated in a casino's Terms & Conditions that player's full details must be correct (meaning updated and accurate) -- and actually wiped out player's honest money (for a HUGE amount)].

Again, from my past experiences I can tell you that more scrutiny is paid to withdrawals following this next principle: 1) amount of withdrawal (bigger ones -- I had a lot of 4 figure ones, but say $1,000 and more get more attention); 2) if there was a bonus involved (if there was a bonus involved, even small withdrawals such as $50 get a LOT of attention); 3) if the account was playing from multiple locations (if your account was accessed from multiple locations will also attract more scrutiny); 4) the profitability of the account (exactly your point) -- but this is more tied to Sports than with casinos as long as bonuses were not involved. (+poor casinos will tend to delay!)
However, if there is such demand, I will gladly provide the following info: 1) time took for the withdrawal to hit my web wallet account (or bank account) -- will also mention what deposit / withdrawal method I used and if there was a week-end included during the withdrawal process; 2) if I used a bonus or played without any bonus; 3) if I am in profit overall or on a loss at that casino, lifetime.

Personally I'd not agree with this idea without having someone to first verify that the info found on competitor sites is accurate and true!
That's because I learned that each affiliate website has its own agenda: praising some poor ones and disregarding some worthy ones ...
