My favorites are the different types of Poker, love especially the Omaha Hi/Lo and the most funny is the 5max 6 card Omaha, that one is a really action-oriented game.

About book of ra... I tried the novomatic games online... In 300 spins I won about 3 dollars :) They dont publish house edge... Is it suppose to be the same rtp than physical machines in europe?

I'm less of a fan of Texas Hold'em Poker too. I like the following variants: 5 Card Stud Poker, Telesina Poker + any head to head games.

That speaks nothing. Imagine that to prove anything with blackjack you need at least 1,000,000 deals. If we are talking about slots variance, probably we are looking at 10,000,000,000 or more spins to get anywhere close to the real TRTP.

Certainly the TRTP is not the same online compared to what you will get in your local casino(s) - generally online is higher. But even there the TRTP will vary from casino to casino. Online it may be the same everywhere only if the software provider (Novomatic) does not allow its clients to configure the game themselves. I don't know much about this aspect on Novomatic. BUT I wouldn't rely so much on the advertised TRTP. I think those figures are just made up, and easily may be +/- 2% than way they do advertise which is HUGE for the hardcore gambler.

For example if you look at NETENT single deck blackjack advertised TRTP, IGT blackjack pro and compare the advertised TRTP figures with MGP BJCA Combinatorial Analyzer (Google for it, is free) you will see what I mean. And there are more examples, but is not the time now.

So if this type of errors happen with easily quantifiable games like blackjack, who is to say that slots TRTP's are real?

But anyway, you have asked about Book Of Ra (T)RTP so I have found this article (copy/pasted) for you:

"Not many European slots regulars will need an introduction to Novomatic's popular Book Of Ra slots - they have a place in virtually every land-based casino across the continent and I've personally played the game as far apart as the Gran Casino Barcelona, the Admiral Casino in Budapest and my "local" casino, Empire in London.

Novomatic have gradually been bringing all their Super-V+ Gaminator slots online and the classic 9-line Book Of Ra was the first to show up. That game is still around but the Deluxe version has really taken over. One extra payline and enhanced graphics are all you really get in the Book Of Ra Deluxe but it does feel a whole load better.

Coincidentally, the RTP (expected long term "theoretical" return) on both Book Of Ra games is set to a shade over 94.2%. That's only average for an online slot game to be honest but better than on the majority of Gaminator machines in land-based locations which tend to be banded: 90-92% and 92-94% being the most common. The highest percentage RTP of all the online Gaminator slots belongs to Lucky Lady's Charm (97%) but the rest all tend to float around 95% give or take.

The online versions of both Book Of Ra slots are pretty much identical to the versions you play in terrestrial casinos which is what you'd expect to be fair. In fact, having played both online and "offline" versions extensively, I can't really think of any differences at all. The only thing that's missing online is the familiar sound of a Gaminator game powering up and that's hardly worth writing home about
!"

I personally love club world casinos brand game that's on the downloadable version of the casino software. It's probably my all time favorite slot because I love the bonus round.

I'm with you on liking that game. Have always liked it and wondered why other casinos did not have something similar for their brands.

Hi.
I have to admit that at the moment, early 2016 and until now late April, I've been very amused by playing slots at Bet On Soft casinos. It's the "Rise Of Spartans" slot that I just can't let go. Often I start out playing that slot and stay there until I'm broke. I think it's because of the "Gold Feature" where you sometimes if you're lucky and pick the right one can win $22.50 for a bet of $0.30.
And most of the times you can "stay alive" for a long time so if i should lose then I at least get a long playing time and feel I got something out of my deposit.Dancing

the question what is my fav game?.... the answer many but I find that when I play the slots I really like Alley Cats because you can bet as little as $.09 or go as high as you want but it keeps me going for a good while and I like that.... it pays some it takes a lot and then sometimes BAM a great 5 of a kind of you get some great free spins or win big on the special game so it's a great pastime that doesn't have to be expensive.

Thanks for reminding me about Quick Hits slots. I remember playing these games in a brick and mortar casino and enjoying them immensely. So, I just went and found a place to play some spins for free and found I still like Quick HIts a lot. Applause

Slot machine is one of my favorite casino game, as it is easy to play. Playing slots needs luck and the ability to identify that which machines are cumulative, then it will become easy for you to win the payout from slot machines.

Hi Andrew, Would you mind telling me how you can identify which machines are cumulative or even what that means? I definitely need to find a way to actually win at slots. It has been a very long time since I have made a big win on any slot. Brick wall

Thanks,
katt

Hi Katt, I'm sure Andrewh is talking about slot games which guarantee a bonus or free spins feature once a number of game achievements have been collected. Such slots as Scrooge from Microgaming, Robin Hood and Devils Delight from Netent, Pearls of India from Play N Go or all RTG feature guarantee slots (there are many more but I gave a few examples that came to mind). -- One can try to exploit such slots in combining deposits with bonuses until the feature is about to be awarded, then move to other slots until the balance is cleared (either lost or wagering completed and money withdrawn), then come with a fresh deposit not tied with any bonus and spin to collect the features which were built up with mixed bonus money and then cash out.

As far as I know many online casinos have Terms & Conditions which clearly interdict such strategies, some casinos simply reset the game achievements built with bonus mixed money when a further deposit is made without being tied with a bonus, and some (roguish ones) simply claim bonus abuse when the player tries to cash out (big) after using this strategy even if the casino did not expressly interdicted this practice in the Terms & Conditions (because at bonus abuse section their terms mention that it will not be limited to what is clearly spelled out but it can also extend to more than that).

Without the involvement of a bonus no one can play such games online with positive long term expectation. In land based casinos this strategy might still work for lurkers who are discretely and constantly monitoring for unaware tourists who didn't noticed they were playing a cumulative type of slot game and left the machine after they built up some achievements towards the bonus or free spin feature.
