Hi there, could you explain or tell me more about cash back please, I've read it but I still don't know how it works, because I re-registered an account to Win a Day on Nov.25 using the link here at Gambling City. I claimed the deposit bonus and lost, so now I would like to know how to claim and when can I claim cash back? I really appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you.  Kindly regards, Ruth

Could you kindly assist us with the following: 1) You mentioned you made a deposit at the casino, could you confirm the exact amount you deposited and date? 2) Did you perhaps contact the casino and explain the plan? Did support agree to allow you to close your existing account and re-register though our link? I await your reply, thank you

Hello Dee, Yes I did contacted the support and asked the agent if he can close my account so I can re-register using the link from Gambling City where I am a member and can claim a cash back, he said that will be no problem and he closed it. I re-registered and made a deposit of $25 on 11/26/19 and $50 on 11/29/19. Thank you for replying to my query Edited by user Monday, December 02, 2019 3:50:21 AM(UTC)

Just letting you know that I made another deposits to Win a Day $50 on 12/02/19 and $25 on 12/03/19. Thank you!
Oh btw is there any limits on how much cash back you can claim?
