Hey guys I'm new to the Casino and I am on a mission to bring Platinum Play from the Fortune Lounge group to Justice. I signed up at PP and accepted a £200 bonus matching my £200 deposit. I played on slots and finally completed the wagering on around £1400. I then done loads of extra wagering on Blackjack until finally cashing out £2000. At this point I'm feeling great looking at holidays etc until I get an email saying my account is locked and so are my winnings due to Irregular play. This is now the second forum I have brought this issue up, the first I was banned for breaking rules. I was harshly treated there and it seemed biased. I will not name due to the flaming rule here. I have just one account across the FL group and I have broken no rules what so ever. What is my next process here in GG to try get my winnings back?
