Hi Deborah
You are correct. You need to be registered through Gambling City to be eligible for the cash back scheme.
That's because Gambling City makes its money by being paid a commission from the casino. That commission is then shared with the members.

It would be great if you could participate in the Gambling City cash back scheme.
A few casinos will allow you to close your present account and re-register by opening a new account. Unfortunately these are few and far between, but please let me know if you need any help in trying to re-register through Gambling City Graeme@gamblingcity.com

Probably your best action would be to find a good casino at which you are not yet registered and then register through the Gambling City link.
That's where Gambling City could help you:
1) See the recommended casinos on the Home Page
2) Click on Recommended casinos on the Main Menu
3) Study Papa George's picks linked from the Recommended button on the main menu
4) See the list of Special Deals on offer for the cash back scheme (click on the Special Deals graphic)

Hi Graeme.
I did my first claim here in December(for my November playing). I have a question about one of my claims.The "claim status" saying "Waiting for Approval". "Waiting for Approval"... is there something i need to do before they will approve my claim or is it up to the Casino,and all i should do is wait and see if they will approve the claim?
No matter what...

i love cashback ofcourse but sometimes the casino doesn't let you close and acct. to open through G.C. Do you think you can ask for us also?

it kinda sucks because im not registered through gambling city on most of the sites i play on because i found out about this website later its hard to change who you registered through

Hey drobot,

I had the same issue when I first joined Gambling City. I'd recommend check the Casino Details page (using the Advanced Search feature) for the casino/s where you are already registered via another portal and check out if they have sister sites (if they have, there will be a button near the yellow "Play Now" button telling you to check it and find out "a casino with similar games, service and terms").

Another aspect to take into account is that Gambling City constantly adds new opened casinos, so you may want to keep an eye on your mailings from Gambling City and see the weekly updates.

Or, why not, say here the full list at what casinos are you currently registered via a non-Gambling City link, and I will personally check which are all the sister casinos where you can sign up and will give you the full list of these.

Hi drobot,

In you account Profile -- there you can see the name of the casino and your username at the respective casino for the casinos at which you have registered via Gambling City and had at least one Cash Back claim approved.

Otherwise, you have to check out with the Support Department of the casino with which you have an account to discover whether or not you are tagged to Gambling City on your casino account/s.

To earn Cash Back through Gambling City, your first step would be to register at a Casino or Sportsbook through a link on Gambling City. Once this is done, you would earn up to 20% Cash Back on your loses at the casino. This amount can be withdrawn to your preferred payment method on your Gambling City profile.
