Dear dear gambling city, I am writing about a promotion that I joined with pure luck casinos I got a e-mail that only said if I deposit $25 I can have one $75175 it had no rules or regulations or top cash out or whatever. So I did the play through it was around 40 500 and then my balance after my playthrough was $1116. Now after I was wanting to get that money out then they had a stipulation that probably I could only get $500. So I requested a withdrawal of $500 now I can't get ahold of so support I can't get ahold of anybody on the emails there just ignore me the money has been said and in the account over 30 days I just was asking them how to get the whole amount through e-mail but nobody ever text me back so I just went trial $500 and again my account still has the number of 1116 is not being adjusted at all which makes me think that nothing is really being done and I can't get a reply through e-mail once again you're always helping and very helpful and if you can tell me what you think I should do then I will do it thank you for your time and thank you for always being there for us gambling city, Angela Killian Edited by moderator Wednesday, June 08, 2022 1:23:56 PM(UTC)
