I met the playthrough after playing a bonus of $50 USD that I received in an e-mail from them. I submitted all the documentation they required (multiple times). I requested a $100 USD payout and was asked for more documentation. I did this each time. I had deposited using bit-coin and had forgotten the fee for bitcoin usage, so my total deposit was $29.97 USD. It sat there for a long time. I checked on the status of my withdrawal under my account at the casino and saw that it was approved by the manager. I sent yet another e-mail to the support department and again did not receive a reply. I have repeatedly e-mailed them and have received many 'ticket numbers' as references. I have replied to all of these 'ticket numbers' and have not received ANY reply's. The manager approval withdrawal amount was $129.17 USD. My account now shows a $00.00 balance. They did not respond to my last e-mail requesting where they sent it. I was not rude in ANY of my correspondence with them. It's only $129.00 they should have been done with this a long time ago!
