Hello just a bit of advise really. I was talking to the live chat guys on casinorewards. i was asking if they was any bonuses about or i could take advantage on. They recommended zodiac mobile casino. They checked my account and said it was all ok. i signed up deposited £1 and got free £20 After a bit i started to do well so when i eventually wagered it i withdrawn and spoke to live chat again i said is it all good and legal. They said congrats on your winnings. next day i received a email from RISK MANAGEMENT. You have mulitiple accounts and only 1 account per household. We have voided your winings and shut account down. obviously am abit p***ed. Log into one of your CR casinos and click on the promotions options (and select one of the promos). From there, you should be taken to a list where you can see all of the CR casinos you've registered at in the past. If you've registered more than one account at the same casino, then your probably out of luck because you've violated CR's T&Cs. If however this is not the case, then you should email support at support@gamblingcity.com and submit a GamblingGrumbles report. CR is blacklisted here, so you'll likely be out of luck, but if you've truly been wrong'd then by submitting your report, you can let others know about what happened to you.
