Sometimes I have never heard of a casino so I try to register as a new player thru GC. They will say there is already an account with that email. I am sure that is my email and have played at other casinos with the same games but if it is because I have an account at one of their other casinos why can't I sign up as new to that one? Has anybody else had that problem? I wonder because some of the casinos in their group I signed up for before GC. I try to only play at casinos thru here. It just makes me frustrated!

Hi Katey, Be careful, some casino groups only allow members to sign up at one of their brands and not hold accounts with more than one account within their whole network ! For instance, I know this is the case with Vista Gaming Group. -- Which casinos are you referring to ? Keep it Safe, Constantin

Hi Constantin.
I can't remember which ones they were now. I hate going through the registration process only to have them say I already have an account when I know I haven't played there. I know it isn't anybody else playing as me so I assume I must have signed up at one of their other casinos. I have had one tell me I couldn't sign up because I had an account at one of their other casinos. I really don't understand that. I would think they would want to take your money, so do you know the reasoning behind that? What are they afraid we are going to do?
Thank you again, Constantin, you are always a wealth of information and I love that!

Thank you again, Constantin, you are always a wealth of information and I love that! Hey Katey, To answer your question, I don't have a definite answer. But I have in mind 2 reasons: 1. the group strategy is to give only one bonus per person (but this doesn't necessarily should restrict a person to only play at one casino in the group) 2. the group strategy is to be preventive and keep it simple with cases of players self-excluding (once you self excluded, you are done with that group, while if they would accept more registrations, problems might arise like for example the player didn't know all the casinos in the group, or simply didn't know that self-excluding at one casino also extends to the rest of casinos in the group) Thank You! for the nice words. Yes, I always try my best to be helpful. Keep it Safe, Constantin
