You should be able to see for what each badge is awarded in the rightmost part of the screen on Best Members page. You just need to scroll down a bit.
Here are some activities that go towards the ranking of Members (in order of weight allocated):
Referred player for Cash Back, Registered for Cash Back, Cash Back Claim Approved, Submitted a Cash Back Testimonial, Getting Casino to link existing registration to GC or to arrange to be tagged to Gambling City, Gambling City Poker Activities, Suggestions submitting, Error Reporting, Submitted a News Item, Referred a Friend, Submitted a Tip, Submitted a Quiz, Submitted a Joke, Re-pinned in Pinterest, Tweeted or re-Tweeted, Shared Gambling City content, Shared Gambling Grumbles content, Shared Best Member Content, Posted a Comment on Own Facebook Page, Commented on Gambling City Casino Details page, Commented on Gambling Grumbles Report, Commented on Gambling City Home Page, Commented on Gambling Grumbles Facebook page, Commented on Gambling City Facebook page, Voting Activities, Created a Forum or Gambling City Avatar, Posted on Gambling City Forums, Posted Comment on a Forum, Registered on the Gambling City Forums, Activities on Gambling City Forum (this forum), Wrote a useful or nice Message, Gave a Gift Raffle Ticket, Submitted a Complaint, Registered On Gambling City, how many times you visited Gambling City during the month, how many Quizzes have you answered during the month, Gambling Grumbles Submission, Liked Gambling Grumbles on Facebook, Liked Gambling City on Facebook, Bought a Raffle Ticket, Won a Raffle Prize, Bid in Auction, Won an Auction Prize, Updated Profile, Changed User Name ... and maybe a few more which I am missing now.
