Lady Luck Games To Acquire Spigo Well known Swedish slots provider Lady Luck Games, has recently submitted a letter of intent to purchase the Danish gaming content provider Spigo. Agreement terms are currently unavailable, however it was confirmed that the purchase price will consist of cash and newly issued shares. The deal is set to be concluded before the end of September 2021. To date, Spigo has 27 games in its game library and 8 customer integrations, which will all be included in the deal.
