Need help please. Ok so I won £800 on Butlers Bingo, and have requested a withdraw. Already sent in ID to validate my account as had previous winnings(but spent them again). Sent my drivers licence(paper and photo), eon bill which was an online statement, copy of card, council tax bill, car insurance and finally a sky bill. Everything I have sent has been wrong, won't except my eon bill as hard copy etc. Finally rummage through my bun and got a sky letter out, which they are now saying has a slightly different address to my address on my account(no way is it). I close my account as O didn't want to spend my winnings again. Already withdrew £360 but as they took too long paying it I spent it again. So just need some advice as getting nowhere. You can't phone and live chat doesn't work. Any advice would be helpful.
