If a casino offers one, ten, or one hundred bonuses it has no right to complain when players accept the offers.
I certainly never heard of a store which objects if a customer only buys there when things are on sale -- even if the store hopes they will buy other items on full price.
What is the definition of a "bonus abuser"? That depends on what the casino decides on a particular day. I have seen casinos use this term to describe someone who only plays when there is a bonus, when someone meets the wagering requirements and then cashes out without continuing to play, when someone makes bets which the casino considers too large and when someone else makes bets which the casino considers as being too small.
Of course, casinos could eliminate all of these things. It would not take a programming genius to have the software refuse any bets when a bonus is in play which are either too large or too small for that casino's tastes. Casinos could also automatically refuse to give a bonus to someone, like yourself, who has not made what they consider sufficient deposits.
Why don't they do this? The answer is obvious to me: Most bonuses make money for the casino. We play there and generally lose both our deposits and the bonus money. There is nothing wrong with that -- we all know that casinos are in business to make money and the odds are set against the players. However, too many casinos use the excuse of "bonus abuser" to avoid paying out when someone does win.
Casinos claim to hate "bonus abusers" but in reality they love them. When you accept a bonus and fail to meet even one condition set out in its very long T&Cs, it knows in advance that you can lose but you can't win -- if you do win it will simply scream "bonus abuser" and refuse to pay.
The one term that casinos like even more than "bonus abuser' is "irregular play". That means absolutely nothing -- it is defined nowhere in any casino's T&Cs other than to say it is any playing pattern which the casino deems "irregular". Of course, the most irregular thing that a player can do is to beat the odds and win.
This kind of short-sighted behavior by casinos could well wind up with on line gambling disappearing. Players are willing to take risks but nobody wants to play if he is not certain that if he does win he will be paid. In fact, not only paid but paid quickly and without having to prove where he got the money to play, that his driver's license is not expired, and that he really and truly does live where he said and not two houses away.
