Hi GrammyBell Gambling City tries to respond as quickly as possible. We ask the casino to confirm the claim details. Most casinos respond very promptly but some take a while. Your first 2 claims were at casinos that are lightening-fast. This time there was a slight hold-up because of the long weekend. I'm glad they have been approved.
