I, like other people who gamble online have had problems with sites not wanting to payout. It is very important that you know how to take a screenshot BEFORE you play any game. Practice first so that when you win, take a screenshot of 1. The winning line, your Account page showing your balances etc. so that if you're locked out of your account you have proof. In 2012 I win almost £9000 GBP on a 888 site, after some wrangling and with the help of Gambling Grumbles I received ALL of my money.

Hi Jean - this is great advice. Glad to hear that Gambling Grumbles was able to help you get paid your £9000. I am wondering if you or anyone else has a simple method(s) to do screenshots? Katt Edited by user Tuesday, January 17, 2017 3:16:27 PM(UTC)

Download it from this link: http://lightscreen.com.ar/ and install it to your computer. It is free and you can easily save your screenshots wherever you want by just a click! (Windows & Linux)

Thank you Constantin... This sure makes things easier. Can't tell you how many screenshots I have lost because I didn't remember to go save them.

Look under pictures/screenshots! Hey Jeanne, That for sure works. And it is also free ! And I can confirm it works on Windows 8.1 too ! But I still like more a free tool like LightScreen to use instead because it has a lot more useful features on how to take a screenshot (and also what to do with it, after you take it). However, if I would be to recommend a paid tool instead, now I would recommend " FastStone Screen Capture" (because I really like the scroll down screen shot feature which lets you screenshot a full page instead of only the visible part and also because of the video screen recording feature which it has among its options). PicPick is a free image editor for Microsoft Windows, designed for creating images, capturing and processing screen shots, both for software developers or graphic designers, and for home users.

Thanks for reminding me about PicPick! I used to use it before I got a new laptop. But I can remember that it was easy to use and worked just as it was advertised it would. Katt PS: I just went and downloaded it so I won't forget again! Thanks again Edited by user Tuesday, April 03, 2018 5:10:21 PM(UTC)
