[ I don't like that the on line casinos put their percentages to the lowest when they want to month to month changing. I was wondering does it go by your personal info at their casino or is it for all for that month,the % change i mean?

Hi Adeline, Edit: re-reading the title of your topic, I understood your question. As far as I understand, the cash back percentages given are changing for everyone and not on a personal basis !
