Has anyone else had issues with this site? I have a problem which is now been ongoing for 3 weeks, I got a £10 bonus to try Xfactor Slingo game and when I tried to use it I got an error so I contacted help and they offered me a free spins bonus instead for the same amount to which I won and have £90+ pending to go to cash but because the Xfactor Slingo error is still there the funds have now been pending for 3 weeks and had several discussions all of which I get the reply we are talking to the tech team to get this resolved asap and now for the last couple of days I get no correspondence or anything not even bothering to seek live help as they just tell me its been passed over to tech team and there are a lot of players with the issue.... Any help would be appreciated. Seems they are witholding a poxy £90 and not helping I find calling them or live help a joke same old tech team stuff even had one saying it would be escalated to a manager in which I got an email saying it would be sorted soon that was about a week ago...
