I joined casino dingo, made a deposit via MasterCard debit card and started playing slots online. I had a win of approx $5990Au and already had a balance of $700. I continued to play for a bit then made a withdrawal request for $6000 leaving $770 in the account. I have sent my documents to the casino on the email supplied by them and they have apparently not received them. I have sent them from 2 other emails on different devices and they are still saying they haven't received them. I also sent to their support email and once again they claim to have not received them. What do I do?
