This is my own grumble, which for some reason I have forgot to comment yet. I signed up at Casino Royal Club via Gambling City.
I feel OK to talk about it in detail: this was one of the very few times when I decided to take a bonus as the terms were too tempting "100% sticky bonus with 50x wagering requirement on blackjack and 8x bonus maximum allowed withdrawal with no max bet restrictions". I heard a lot of bad things about Casino Royal Club so I dare to deposit only the minimum allowed amount which was €25. I start to play multihand blackjack with €50 betting €10 spot (and lower) and due to sheer luck, very soon I up my balance to €226 and complete the wagering requirement. I check with the cashier and it shows that I have completed my wagering requirement as well.
After this episode I send my personal scanned documents: driver license front and back, national identity card, picture of me holding my national identity card beside my face and screenshot of my web-wallet showing the deposit I made to the casino (
which appears as Pantasia.com - this is important), all in high resolution of 300 DPI. Soon those documents got confirmed and my account fully verified.
By the way, I am usually trying to get my documents approved and account verified before even depositing and this case was no exception but the casino said that only at the time of withdrawal they will accept to receive and verify my documents. So I had to go the other way around. - Anyway the document were approved and my account fully verified but in the cashier I had no withdrawal option displayed!
Then I contacted live support several times, they told me several times on different days that "until the evening your issue will be sorted out and you will be able to withdraw". When I got sick of that repetitive answer I have emailed support and told them my situation and asked to have my €200 withdrawal processed within the next 48 hours or I will go to expose my experience publicly. Within 5 minutes I have received a reply saying that my issue will be solved very soon. It wasn't resolved in 5 days and I have contacted Gambling Grumbles which resulted in the report you can read here:

When I saw there is no one to help me out with this issue I waited the month to pass so I can play out the money and lose hoping to get at least the €30 cash back from Gambling City for it. Well the month passed, I have played and lost the money but never received a dime because the casino have not confirmed my cash back claim. - I am now happy to see this rogue casino on Hall Of Shame and Blacklisted!
But something more still bugs me badly: as I stated above,
my deposit at Casino Royal Club
appeared as Pantasia.com and this is the same mark that appears when I deposit at Davinci's Gold Casino and Cash O' Lot Casino as well. - I have inquired this with Davinci's Gold and Cash O' Lot and been told that they have no ties with Casino Royal Club and that Pantasia.com is just their payment processor.
It is correct that Cash O' Lot casino behaved fairly with all of my withdrawals (although I lost more than I won there and never took a bonus) and Davinci's Gold behaved good as well with my withdrawal (and there I took some bonuses and won more than I lost overall, but none of my winnings came from any bonuses). But it is very hard for me to accept as true what I was told because if I go to
www.pantasia.com I see there is a whole casino in itself so I feel there must be a strong connection between all these casinos.
How could a payment processor be a casino in itself and other Rival casinos which use its services have no ties between them?!?
