Ok so this is a different complaint because it's one I'm doing on behalf of my girlfriend although I have had the same issues with Betchain but closed my account and swore to never play thier again, this is not a direct complaint to them as my girlfriend is currently in mediation with them and I just want to get my 2c worn out there so this will be short but hopefully offers you guys some extra info
1. They claim to have 24hr support ... They do not and when I say they don't they really don't I used every communication channel available such as email, Twitter , FB, live chat that's never live , messages through the lobby , after 3 days they finally replied to me when I asked to just close my account

They have been the most difficult casino I've played with and I hope they sort out thier buisness practices and try honoring what they state with online advertisements
