Because the last update on Gambling City's Cash Back Deal said that personal % will no longer apply and everyone will have the same percentages for claiming cash back. Also in relation with the Cash Back Deal, will be no longer relevant if we make no claim/s (for any number of months) or if we come in Top Best Members or not anymore because the Cash Back % will no longer fluctuate according to that. It will be the same for everyone (active and not active members) and can be checked by clicking "Max % Per Casino" button found on the GC's home page.

Stormei, perhaps you didn't receive the last 2 mailings to registered Cash Back players. If so, please let me know so I can check whether anything has gone wrong with the mailing system.
