I wanted to know what ever happened to asking for cash-back and Graeme credits the Paypal account or bank account. I would love to see this old way of gamblingcity cashback be used again. I was so excited to get this cash back from him every month. But then they stopped it and all they do now is allow you to request it from the casinos now. If this option is still available can anyone tell me? I dont see it anywhere...! I will be waiting for anyone who can tell me if Gambling city still offers caskback on their own...o:

Hey GrammyBelll, Welcome to the Forum! Who did tell you that the cashback is issued by the casinos? No, is not! The cashback is sent by Mr. Graeme (Gambling City CEO) directly to your e-wallet (PayPal, Neteller, Skrill) or Bank Account (up to your preference and instructions). Please check out the Gambling City homepage, scroll down a bit and read: "The Cash Back Deal" and "Cash Back Terms", you will find this paragraph "The Cash Back scheme is paid entirely by Gambling City and is in addition to any bonuses, cash back or special offers from the casino" and all you need to know. Cheers, Constantin

Hi Grammy I think you are referring to the old Ludo Exchange (Ludex) where you could exchange your Ludos for cash at certain casinos. We tried that with LudoCoins as well. The scheme seemed to provide free money, but there was insufficient support from members so it was discontinued. I hope there is no confusion about the Gambling City Cash Back scheme. You registered for the scheme in March 14 and made cash back claim. You have a balance of $13.68 which you can withdraw once you build it up to $20 by playing at casinos using a link on Gambling City. It's great to see you participating on Gambling City after being a member for so many years. BTW, did you know that creating a Forum Avatar counts plenty of points towards your Best Member ranking? why is the withdrawals for USD raised to 50 now? it was so much easier at 20 especially for those who don't spend a lot of money at casinos anyway :(

Hi Adeline I'm really sorry to make withdrawals more difficult. Originally the withdrawal minimum was set at 50, but we decided to make things easier for players and reduced the limit to 20.
Unfortunately at the same time we made things more difficult for our admin to handle so we went back to the 50 figure. Thanks very much for taking part in all the activities on the site. Graeme
