Coral Sports asking £10 for a chat transcript?

I have registered with Coral Sports and overall I like the treatment I get: less than 24 hours payouts, my documents were verified and approved in less than 24 hours as well, great odds on sports. The only small issue I have is that it does not offer large betting limits, but is understandable at the great odds they give on favorites. -- *However I was amazed to see they asked me £10 for a chat transcript ?!? So I'd just like to hear from everyone of you: did you ever have encountered a gambling website to ask you money for a chat transcript?

SinedEgroeg, I have never heard of anything so ridiculous... tell me, did they at least pull a gun while they were robbing you?

Katt, well no. They didn't want my money, as their promised email never came. So glad I saved it with FastStone Capture. But still I'd wish to have that chat transcript sent to me by one of their employees. I would have even paid (to avoid being accused of tampering chat logs).

SinedEgroeg,
I am with you buddy, Coral must be nuts! Right now I've just been informed that my account is no longer allowed for sports betting:
"Hi Constantin,
We need to advise that as a result of a trading review we will no longer be able to accept sports bets from your Coral account.
Your account will remain open and you are welcome to make full use of our Casino, Live Casino, Slots, Games, Bingo & Poker products. This decision has been made in accordance with our terms & conditions.
Kind Regards The Team @Coral"
I want to let everyone know that my life long sports betting history at Coral was one single game: Fiorentina vs Parma, two months ago in May 2015. Bet €700 on Fiorentina and won at 1.33 odds (yes, these were the best odds on the internet at the time when I have placed my bet). So all I won was €231 in a game where I could lose as well and Coral Sports treats me like I've done anything wrong?? OMG!
Cheers,

OMG is right Constantin! First they want SinedEgroeg, to pay £10 for a simple chat transcript. and now you win once and they won't accept your sports bets anymore!!! What the heck?
Despite the good things that SinedEgroeg had to say about them in Post #1 above, this casino is sounding like a bunch of jokers to me.
And then there is the statement, "This decision has been made in accordance with our terms & conditions." What does that mean? What term or condition are they referring to? I see they didn't bother to tell you that.
Sorry about the rant... these things just really chap my hide!

Yes, it is their right. Coral like any other business have the free right to select its customers or limit or restrict its customers from accessing certain products. I don't contest that ... but come on, one single bet and then they shut the door into my face. What a serious business is this, with hundreds of land based betting shops in the United Kingdom ... I wonder, they do the same there?!!? Oh well ... Great job Coral.
