Whether you submitted the claim on 1st or 20th, it can take up to the last day of the month to receive confirmation for any submitted claim.

Hi Emma Gambling City tries to approve claims as quickly as possible. It all depends on how fast the casino responds to the request to confirm the details of the claim.
The casino at which you played normally responds within a day or two. But one should allow for delays over the Easter holidays.
All mail to you is bouncing so you are unlikely to receive an email notification, although you will see the approval online in due course. It would be great if you could provide a different email address for Gambling City to use. Graeme
