The correctness of all claims needs to be confirmed by the casino. Some casinos reply very promptly and those claims are processed very quickly.
Other casinos either do not respond or take a long time. In those instances, Gambling City tries to work out from the reporting whether the claim is valid and whether it will receive commission from the casino which is then used to share with the player in the form of cash back.
These casinos are often dishonest and have been attempting to avoid paying commission to GC. They sometimes detag the player or under-report to GC. These casinos believe they can cheat GC because they think we don't know that the player has played.
Some casinos forbid any contact between affiliates and the player. In my view this is mainly to put up a veil of secrecy so the casino can cheat on commission.
Where GC discovers such dishonesty the casino is excluded from CB and often from the GC site. We report on them on the site and by email notifications.
Most casinos are honest and cooperate on the CB claims.
So, in answer to your question, the time for processing the claim varies and becomes progressively faster as bad casinos are weeded out.
