Has anyone registered at a casino and then told that you can't play there? I have accounts at a lot of different casinos. I tried to open one at Slotastic and when I finished registering it would not let me play it said to contact support. I did thru live chat and they said I did not pass their security check and will not be allowed to play there. I have never done anything but play. I have never even cashed out at any of these. She wouldn't tell me what I didn't pass. Any ideas anybody? I do make deposits so I am not a no deposit bonus abuser. Edited by user Monday, June 13, 2016 3:24:14 PM(UTC)

Yes, some for whatever reasons (onviously not valid ones) will put you in a sort of blacklist which they share with their partner casinos (especially RTG ones, use a system called "iovation Reputaion Manager 360"). Sometimes it could be simply because you have won (consistently, no matter if with bonus or without). Just check out Raging Bull Casino grumble report and the comment section. Some other casinos (such as Thrills and probably its related partners) will list the not allowed countries in their Terms & Conditions but will actually let your register, DEPOSIT, and play from a restricted country. Problems will arise only when you will actually want to withdraw funds (resulting in them voiding your wins and refunding your last deposit only), for further details check out this link. So be careful and good luck. Edited by user Tuesday, June 14, 2016 2:50:56 PM(UTC)

Annekew, make sense too. I think this didn't happened to me (or at least I was not told so). But if it did, certainly I would have had the same reaction as you (ie. try to clear out the issue and then never touch that casino or any of its partners again) because a mistake like that simply screams incompetence.

Thank you for for replying to my post. You have made me feel so much better. I am not wondering what the heck I did any more. I really appreciate it.
