Thanks Constantin Radu one of the rules of this Forum is No Shouting. You are not allowed to use only capital letters. I'm leaving this post up so that you can again be warned. The best Roulette strategy is to stop when you are winning. Or an equally good strategy is not to play. But Constantin is correct.
