Thanks, Emma Hi Emma, have your issue been successfully sorted out by now? Was this the first time you won a Gambling City Raffle prize for Win A Day or you have won in the past as well? If it was not your first Gambling City Raffle prize for that casino, have you deposited at least $25 at that casino during the period of the raffle you won? Normally if you have followed those terms and qualified for the win, your prize should have been credited into your casino account within a few couple of days after the draw.

This is my first time playing in the raffle and poker five card deal, I’m not sure if I registered for them or not or if I really won or how to see if I won. I tried to register for cash back and forums and raffle tickets and some casino sites I been playing with. Can someone either email me to either explain it to me or email me to let me know if I need to do something else thank you.
