Admin please see this complaint and warning I have when Playing Lottoland..I sent various emails to their support and also on chat who said they would pass my comments up the line ...and send me an email with an answernow I dont hold my breath and also this situation as shown in my comment /complaint below what does it amount to when you cant use your own cash..i couldnt find anything about a crash situation in their terms and so I would say they are illegally not allowing you to use your own funds if they are under £1...I have waited over a week and no one has come back to me about this from the casino.Meantime I have 97p in the casino which I was playing but its asking me to deposit to continue play.crazy.

comment/complaint as follows...

be careful when depositing to play slots because at the moment if you get an error box saying ...it cannot connect to system etc..and your cash balance is under £1 while you are playing the slot ..the slot then crashes when you click ok to get rid of box and it takes you back to games lobby whereupon you cant use the balance you were using to continue play on the slot because you need at least £1 to play a slot.

EG...

1/ deposit say £1 minimum amount

2/ play slot for 3 or 4 rounds

3/ balance is now around 90p

4/ error code box comes up and you click ok

5/ it takes you back to games lobby

6/ your balance shows 90p but asks you to deposit

7/you need to deposit another £1 making bal £1.90p to play the slot you were on before error code box appeared

8/ this error code box came up 3 times while I was playing ...really annoying that you need to dep another £1 tp play ...absolutely ridiculous and ive never seen this before and in affect the casino is preventing you from using your cash if its under £1..maybe thats illegal ? comments please.

9/ I contacted lottoland and the chat person will pass my info to their boss and tech dept. so lets see what they say.as above nothin'from the casino after over a month ago .

Certainly a bug. When it's about minor bugs (like this one) it usually takes quite serious time until it get fixed (and that only happens if your email really reached the right department). -- But why don't you play at casinos promoted on Gambling City and also claim your Cash Back ?

That'd a good point you make and nowadays I have vastly reduced the number of casinos I play and I am mostly sticking to 1/ good and prompt payout casinos 2/ casinos with good reputations is those on here and shown to be good by others and 3/ those which solve your problems quickly.
