So I've decided to come post here at the suggestion of a couple of members from casinomeister and latestcasinobonuses. This is truely a horror story and no one can seem to help, because vegascasino21 simply refuses to respond to ANYONES emails. It is as if they are just ignoring all payouts and are shutting down, because I won over a month ago, and mods, reps, and highly posting people have tried to get them to comment with no avail. So here is my story...
About 3 months ago I decided to download vegascasino21 because I used all the bonuses up on the other topgame sites and liked their slots and cashed out before on Rich and Diceland. So I download Vegascasino21 and start depositting. After 2 months of depositing and no winnings, I depositted for the last time and won the max cashout which happend to be 500, I talked to support he told me everything was good and I could cashout the 500. A week goes by, and I ask the guy about the cashout, and he tells me I need to wait for a faxback form in the mail. This sounded fishy, as I know all casinos try to push the topic of cashing out back and back until they think they get you to spend your money. But whatever, I wait for this thing to arrive in the mail, never comes. I start sending emails to support, finance, and talk on chat asking them where it is or if I can get it by link. The guy starts using retarded comments and stupid abbreviations for words which made me angry. For example he said things like, how r u doing cutie.. shit like that. I got very angry after talking to this person for 10 minutes and was banned.... Now i try to log onto my account again and it gives me 2 phone numbers to dial... WOW both don't work, and say they are disconnected.. So I email again, and again, and gain... nothing works, these guys have ignored every email i've ever sent, and refuse to pay me. I cannot log onto my account, I cannot get them on the phone, I cannot get them via email, no one else can get them for me, I feel as though I have been scammed, and I now feel that I may never be paid the 500 I am owed. If nothing else I wish to let eveyrone know NOT to do business with vegas21 if you are going to do business with TOPGAME at all... Thanks for listening to my rant, as it has helped a little just to get some off my chest at how outrageous these places are.
I KNOW THEY PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF FOUL LANGUAGE!!! This is their only arguement, we don't dispute the fact that, yes, they made me mad enough to make me swear, keep the ban by all means, this does not result in forfeiture of funds for dropping an "f" bomb... If, and when, the topgame rep responds to you telling you that I used a swear word, he will think this will settle the fact that they owe me and should end the conversation and im sure he will add nothing mroe in the email.
