I apologise if my question seems dumb and I do think I've actually worked out the answer, however I would just like confirmation as to whether I have it correct or not. So my fellow forum members, my question is ......Is it possible to make a withdrawal from your poker winnings balance if you have a $0.00 cashback balance? I ask this ? as I've read the withdrawal instructions countless times now, however, no matter how many times I attempt it, the "withdraw" button is nowhere to be found on the page and I'm assuming that the reason the withdraw button eludes me is the fact I don't have any cashback funds available to begin with

There is no such thing as a dumb question :) Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw your Poker winnings if your Cash Back balance is on $0.00 - However, if your Cash Back balance (accumulated) is $50 or more, you are most welcome to withdraw your Poker winnings through the Cash Back withdrawal system. What type of casinos do you enjoy playing at? We could provide you with a list of Cash Back Casinos which you are welcome to join through the Gambling City site. thank you very much for answering, I appreciate it. My usual go to casinos are Unique Casino mostly, as they have a $10 min deposit, which is usually all I have available to deposit along with Pokie Pop occasionally. I used to play at Bitstarz alot, until they increased their min. deposit to $20 :(
It's extremely hard to find $10 casinos that Aussies can actually play at or withe providers I enjoy playing.
