Actually there is something (although
not a system) which can work to exploit a roulette wheel under two conditions:
1) the casino must accept your bets after the ball has been put into play
2) you must have a
visual ballistics computing device which can compute the speed of the ball and landing area
Problems: -most casino are not accepting late bets after the ball has been released
-using such a device in a casino would be considered a felony and send you to prison before you make a penny
OK, someone might think such a device would work and be usable if played online at a late bets live dealer roulette?
Problems: -all online casinos are using a 5-15 frames per second to broadcast from their live casino studio (which is more than good enough for our eyes to pleasantly perceive all the action) but for a visual ballistic computing device (installed on your screen), that is not even near enough to have a good read and high hit frequency of the ball landing area -- it would need at least 100+ frames per second
Anyway, if you are able to build such a device (just to see if it is possible), I suggest you try to also find access at a Cammegh wheel which has a built in servo motor which changes the speed of the rotor during the spin. If you can build/find such a thing, then you'll have options.
