Since day one i am still confused about this sites purpose. I still have not been able to receive winnings, raffles winnings, and auctions. Why can't I ever be able to deposit, it declines everytime. Can't never get a email back from this site, its been weeks and still no response. Just how does site works, please im so confused. Can anyone help me out?

With regards to winnings, could you kindly confirm that you have selected to participate in the raffles / auctions? In addition, you mention that you have made a "deposit, but declines" - where did you deposit, did you select one of our mentioned casinos or sites, and make a deposit there?

If you click on "My Profile" (link added below), and you scroll down to "Mailing options and Watch Lists" - you will find a few boxes. Please make sure they are ticked to receive emails from us. I have personally responded to your inquiries each time you've emailed us.
Since you've chosen to make your issues public, I am going to reply publicly also.

1. In each instance of your raffle/auction prizes, you either did not register through Gambling City or did not make the required deposit. I've addressed each instance with you.

2. We have no control as to the payment methods casinos accept, I've also mentioned this to you in our correspondence. Your inquiry on why your card declined is directed at the wrong party, you need to contact the casino directly.

3. Gambling City vets and recommends casinos. We are not a casino. In exchange for participating on the site, we offer member perks like raffles, auctions, poker. You must read the rules before participating, we make those very clear in each instance.

Thanks to all who replied and people shouldn't judge a book by covers because i was hungry due to my husband dragging me then beating, then took all my money, clothing, my shoes and all the food oh yes and all my earrings and left. Thanks so much. Why can't i withdraw anything? I have poker winnings & cant get them, why

Gambling City never judges it's members. We try our best to assist and in this case we felt guidance was needed.

If you are referring to 5 Card Draw Poker, in order to cash out poker winnings you need to have $50 in cash back claims. Unfortunately, it is not possible to withdraw poker winnings if your Cash Back balance is on $0.00. However, if your Cash Back balance (accumulated) is $50 or more, you are most welcome to withdraw your poker winnings through the Cash Back withdrawal system.

So in order to get cashback i need to lose more money right? Or spend more money right? So if im not gambling enough dont qualify right. So how can i reach 50?

Sorry to butt in but I think you're in a wrong place to complain your domestic problem, you need to go police station and report your husband for dragging and beating you up and there's also a domestic abuse hotline that you can call for help.
As for your food situation there a lot of places you can get a free food like churches and shelters

And please don't think that I'm judging you I'm just concern!

So sorry did not mean to come off harsh, i have never gone through anything like this. So anyway why would make to where in order to get cash back you must have 50. How do i get to 50. My cashback is only four dollars . So plus 85 in poker winnings but can't get that because i only have 4.00. So if i only get 4.00 back then this site isnt for me right?
